Jewellery Care
Your silver and gold-plated pieces are made with love - and they ask for the same in return. Silver and gold-plated pieces prefer to stay dry, so it’s best practice to take them off before washing hands, swimming, showering, or applying perfumes and lotions - this is especially important for gold-plated products.
Of course sometimes "mistakes" happen; If your jewellery comes into contact with sea water, give it a good rinse with clean, natural water after. If contact with lotions and makeup is unavoidable, only put your jewellery on after makeup and lotions have been applied.
These natural materials will age gracefully, but to slow down tarnishing, store them in a soft pouch or box, out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. A gentle polish with a soft cloth every now and then will keep them glowing. It is normal that over time, lots of wear, and a few too many cheeky mishaps of not removing your pieces, that the gold plating will fade - rest assured, we can help you to re-plate these. Treat them with care, and they’ll be your pretty little companions for years to come.
Ring Sizing
To make your rings, we work with UK/AUS sizing (letters). If you can find a genuine ring-sizer this is always the preferred and recommended method of providing us with your sizing requirements. If you head to any local Jeweller, they should be able to provide you with this. However, understanding this is not always possible, please check out the PDF below for ring sizing. Please ensure the ring sizes are printed to real size by checking measurements provided. We are able to re-size your rings but will not be able to cover costs associated with postage returns.
